Beef Wellington

Beef Fillet and mustard wrapped in puff pastry. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Brush the pastry with a bit of beaten egg or milk. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, for medium. Remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
